AUSTIN, TEXAS (April 2026) — SKL’D, a workforce partner serving skilled trades, manufacturing and supply chain, has been named to the 2026 Best Staffing Firms to Work For list by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), one of the staffing industry’s most respected global research and advisory firms.
The recognition comes in SKL’D’s first year of operations and was announced at SIA’s Executive Forum North America conference in Austin, Texas.
The Best Staffing Firms to Work For program honors organizations that are successfully driving employee engagement, satisfaction and workplace culture. More than 300 firms participated in this year’s program, with winners determined exclusively through anonymous employee surveys measuring communication, leadership, team dynamics, trust and overall engagement.
