Job Position: Loading/Unloading Associate

Location: Doraville, GA 30360

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday (7am - 430pm)

Job Overview

Are you passionate about working outdoors and being surrounded by plants? We’re looking for loading/unloading associates to join our client's team at their north Atlanta distribution yard.

In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in loading and unloading plants and other greenery from trucks with care, organizing inventory, and occasionally assisting with plant care. If you enjoy physical work, thrive in an outdoor environment, and take pride in contributing to a robust team, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties

• Load/unload landscaping products from delivery trucks.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized yard area to promote safety and efficiency.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.

Experience

• Enjoyment of the outdoors and/or landscaping is required.

• Previous experience in a distribution yard environment is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 7am to 430pm, with a 30 minute lunch

**This is an outdoor position. Team members work outside in the elements daily. Successful candidates MUST enjoy being in an outdoor environment.**

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

• Strong attention to detail to prevent errors in orders.

• Basic math and reading skills to verify product counts and labels.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
