Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support weekly payroll processing and day-to-day HR functions for a manufacturing client located in Lithia Springs, GA. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling payroll for a large employee population while assisting with HR and benefits-related support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process weekly payroll for 300+ employees

  • Ensure payroll is accurate, on time, and compliant with federal and state laws

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems

  • Assist employees with payroll, benefits, and HRIS questions

  • Complete employment verifications as needed

  • Support HR with general administrative and compliance-related tasks

  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of payroll and HR experience

  • Experience processing high-volume payroll

  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and employment laws

  • Hands-on experience with ADP and/or UKG

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Multi-state payroll experience

  • Experience supporting both payroll and benefits administration

A/V Technician

Location: Atlanta, GA 30318

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $30.00 /hour

Shift: 1st Shift (8 hours)

Description: We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Technician with strong commercial installation expertise to support the installation, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of AV and network systems in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team on active construction sites.

Primary Requirements:
5–10 years of proven experience in commercial AV system installation, maintenance, repair, and commissioning
Strong knowledge of AV and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, test, and commission audio-visual systems and equipment
Deliver successful project implementations by meeting scope, schedule, and quality requirements
Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, submittals, diagrams, and technical specifications
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective, timely solutions
Inspect completed installations to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Set up and test new and existing AV systems and provide end-user training as needed
Stay current with emerging AV technologies, software, and low-voltage systems
Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and utilize required personal protective equipment

Physical Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Criminal Background Check (CBC)
Ability to pass a drug screening
Ability to lift up to NIOSH-recommended limits
Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and work for extended periods
Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
Comfortable working at heights and in confined or tight spaces

Shift: 1st Shift (8-12 hour shifts)

Description:

Responsibilities

  • Perform SMAW welding and field fabrication; TIG, GMAW, and FCAW experience preferred

  • Conduct industrial maintenance, repair, and emergency response activities

  • Perform predictive and planned maintenance on industrial equipment

  • Repair and replace mechanical parts and components

  • Execute precision alignment of drives, gearboxes, couplings, motors, and shafts

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and service manuals

  • Install and fit bearings, align gears and shafts, and connect couplings, chains, and belts

  • Operate aerial lifts and powered forklift trucks safely

  • Perform rigging operations and serve as a certified rigging and signal person

  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and procedures


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of machinery, drives, gearboxes, and couplings

  • Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers)

  • Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools

  • Knowledge of metal properties and other industrial materials

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting skills

  • Effective planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

  • Safety-focused mindset with the ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification
