Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated English/Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role will assist with various HR and administrative tasks including onboarding, employee support, scheduling, and daily operations. Ideal candidates are adaptable, customer-service focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist HR Manager with day-to-day employee relations, scheduling, and administrative coordination
Support payroll preparation and employee benefit program administration
Maintain accurate employee records and files (including separations, transfers, and OSHA forms)
Create employee photo IDs, distribute access cards and front keys
Answer phones, take messages, and ensure timely communication
Organize HR workspace and assist with light office upkeep
Coordinate meetings, community outreach events, and store activities
Manage and update HR calendars, scheduling software, and missed punches
Assist with interviewing, job verification, and candidate communication
Maintain working knowledge of employee benefits and 401(k) programs
Handle vendor and internal employee communications
Participate in administrative and cashier training, if needed
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid math and problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Flexibility to support store operations as needed, including weekends or evenings
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous administrative or HR experience
Familiarity with grocery store operations and terminology
Experience using HRIS systems is a plus

2nd & 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic Tech

Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in a specialty chemical facility. This includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, performing routine maintenance, and helping improve equipment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and fix equipment problems
Perform preventive maintenance
Read and follow technical drawings and instructions
Use tools and measuring instruments accurately
Assist with equipment audits and improvements
Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
Document maintenance work and part usage
Support general maintenance and cleanup tasks
Occasionally you will be working on the weekend
Requirements:
General maintenance experience
Must have 7 years of experience
Able to lift 50–75 lbs.
Willing to work shifts and overtime
Welding and machining skills a plus

Job Overview:
SKL’D is seeking reliable and experienced Sit-Down and Clamp Forklift Drivers to join our client’s team at a facility in Duluth, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record, experience operating both sit-down forklifts and clamp attachments, and the ability to handle and move various materials with precision and care. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate sit-down forklifts and clamp attachments to load, unload, and move products throughout the facility
Handle delicate or high-value materials using clamp equipment without causing damage
Perform daily forklift inspections and report any issues or needed maintenance
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and shipments
Assist in general warehouse tasks as needed, including staging, stacking, and organizing materials
Adhere to all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts and clamp equipment (minimum 6 months preferred)
Valid forklift certification
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center
Familiarity with RF scanners and basic inventory software
Forklift Operator - Raymond Stand Up

Job Position: Forklift Operator - Raymond
Location: McDonough, GA 30253
Description:
2 years of previous RAYMOND stand up forklift experience
Ensure proper staging and identification once an order has been completely picked
Verify all packaging information against the packing list and SAP
Coordinate with other departments
Manage shipping box assembly, induction for packaging, and label preparation/application
Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets
Follow all safety procedures and policies
Follow all warehouse procedures and policies
Other duties as assigned
