Job Summary


We are hiring Packing Associates for a client in Austell, GA, with openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a production floor role where attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential. Responsibilities

  • Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues

  • Pack products according to customer specifications and company standards

  • Apply labels and packaging materials accurately

  • Verify product quantities before packaging

  • Stack and pre-wrap pallets

  • Assist with production line changeovers and housekeeping

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Report damaged products or equipment to supervisors

  • Follow all safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable

Must Haves

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly throughout shift

  • Ability to stand for extended periods on a production floor

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow packaging specifications

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environment

  • Familiarity with GMP standards or food/consumer goods production

  • Experience stacking and wrapping pallets
